Screen Printing
One of the most widely used processes for apparel customization, screen printing is the process of applying designs to garments with ink through the use of silk screens. Screen printing is mainly used for large run orders of t-shirts.
Heat Applied Vinyl
For short run orders, we utilize the process of heat applied vinyl. Designs are cut into a sheet of vinyl, the excess material is stripped away and the design is applied to the apparel using a heat press.
Embroidery
For apparel such as polo shirts, jackets and hats, we apply designs using embroidery. Detailed designs are sewn into the fabric by our embroidery machines.
